In a nutshell, we prefer teachers to own their planning and build a scheme of work or unit plan that suits their context. Every time we've built fixed documentation like this, we've invariably received hundreds of requests to adapt them slightly to suit a particularly school context. The way we see it is: we save you LOADS of time by providing amazing resources and approaches...you make them fit your situation/curriculum best.
