Copyright & Global Delivery Assurance Statement

Musical Futures International Inc. (“MFI”) confirms that:

1. Ownership of Content
   
   
   • All lesson materials, videos, audio tracks, playalongs, worksheets, graphics and associated teaching assets hosted inside the Musical Futures International Subscription Platform are original works created for MFI or commissioned by MFI under written “work-for-hire” agreements.
   • Where third-party material (e.g. commercial song excerpts, artist photographs, sample libraries) is included, MFI holds the necessary licences or written permissions from the relevant copyright owners, collection societies, or publishers.

2. Right to Reproduce, Distribute & Display
   
   
   • MFI retains the exclusive right to reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly perform and display the subscription resources worldwide, in both digital and printed formats.
   • Current subscribers are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream, download or print the resources solely for educational use within their own classrooms or private study, subject to the Terms of Service.
3. Global Professional Learning Capability
   
   
   • MFI is registered in Australia (ABN: 43 368 493 847) and operates internationally through a network of accredited trainers.
   • Our faculty deliver face-to-face and virtual professional learning sessions in accordance with local visa, taxation and professional development regulations. No territorial restrictions apply to the delivery of MFI workshops or consultancy unless imposed by local law or sanctions.
4. Trademark Notice
   
   
   • “Musical Futures International”, and associated logos are registered or pending trademarks in Australia. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
