Teacher Hub: your planning and admin, sorted in one place
The Teacher Hub comes with Starter Pack, Band Skills, Music Tech and Full Access. Every teacher on your subscription gets it, all five of them.
The time-saving side of Musical Futures
You already know how to teach. The hard part is everything around the lesson: the program document, the outcome codes, the wall displays, the question you need answered at 8pm on a Sunday.
The Teacher Hub handles that. Six tools, each one built to give you time back.
Every lesson, matched to the syllabus you teach

Pick your curriculum and search for any Musical Futures resource. You'll see the exact outcome codes it covers, with a short explanation of how it meets each one. Add resources to a sequence, drag them into order, then copy the whole plan into your program or save it as a PDF.
That's the part of programming that usually takes a weekend. Here it takes minutes.
The curricula
Every resource is mapped against the curriculum you actually teach from. Choose it once and the tool speaks your syllabus.
- Australia: NSW Music 7–10 (2024), Australian Curriculum v9.0, Victorian Curriculum v2.0 (Levels 5–10), WA Music (Years 3–10), Queensland ACiQ v9.0 (Years 3–10) and QCAA Senior Music
- New Zealand: The Arts Years 7–10 (2026), NZC Sound Arts Levels 6–8 and NCEA Level 1 (2024 standards)
- UK and Ireland: England National Curriculum KS2–3, Irish Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate
- International: Cambridge IGCSE Music, IB MYP and IB Diploma
How it runs
Choose your curriculum. The tool shows every outcome in that syllabus's own codes and wording.
Find a resource. Search by name or filter by type. Each result shows the outcomes it covers and why.
See what comes next. Each resource suggests where to go after it, so a sequence builds itself.
Build your plan. Add, reorder and give it a title. Copy it into your program, or print it and save as PDF.
When a syllabus changes, we update the mapping. You don't redo your program.
Open the Curriculum Mapping Tool. It's free for every teacher, subscription or not.
Your whole Years 7 to 9 plan, in one place

Build your scheme of work or scope and sequence for Years 7 to 9. Drop a unit into each term, link the Musical Futures course behind it, and the planner checks your coverage as you go.
Start from our worked sample and make it yours, or start with a blank grid. It follows a Northern or Southern Hemisphere school year.
What it does
- Curriculum outcomes for every unit. Pick your curriculum and each unit suggests the outcomes it covers. Tick or untick to match what you teach.
- Gaps, before anyone else spots them. See which years are missing Explore, Recreate or Create, an MF tag or an outcome.
- Plan with your department. Share a plan with the teachers on your subscription and edit it together. Every change is kept in its history.
- Ready for your program. Print it or save it as a PDF.
Prefer a document?
Download the same layout as a Word document, a Google Doc or a fillable PDF, with the worked sample or blank, and edit it wherever you like.
Open the Curriculum Planner. It comes with every plan.
Your lessons, where you left them
Hit Bookmark on any lesson and it lands on your homepage. Then group lessons into collections: a Year 8 term, a Friday band session, a relief-teacher pack. One lesson can sit in as many collections as you like.
Drag lessons into a collection or reorder them inside one, and rename or delete a collection whenever you need to. Bookmarks and collections are saved to your account, so they're there on any device you log in from.
For the classroom wall, and the music stand

Everything here is ready to print. Put the posters up, hand the charts out, and get playing.
- Guitar Chord Charts and Ukulele Chord Charts
- Rhythm Grids and the Jam Grid
- Key Cards
- Emotion In Sound posters: four A3 posters covering rhythm, melody, dynamics and structure
- Band Roles poster: the six playing roles and the seven jobs that keep a band running
A live board for your class

Create a board, name the columns and share the link or a QR code. Students type their name and post. No sign-up, no app. New posts appear on your screen every few seconds.
Use it for exit tickets, song ideas, band plans or end-of-unit reflections. Only you can delete posts.
